For such specific reasons, we at Kingadler are liable towards the customers to exchange their product fully with having a 10 day guarantee return or exchanged policy. Here, note the fact that, some of the products are not under the condition of being exchanged or returned and merchant does not accept any return. In accordance this, it is necessary on the part of our respected customers to carefully read our exchanges and return policy before making an actual purchase.

In relation to the exchange of product at our online shopping portal, there are few preliminary reasons on the basis of which we are not liable to accept any return of the product. The no return policy reasons are as follows:

  • If the product is used
  • Having physical damage to the product
  • Serial number is tampered
  • If returned without original packing and accessories
